I stayed in this highly professional hotel for 3 days, had exceptional experience, loved its awesome location close to museum, auqarium, aqua land, shopping malls, old town, waterfalls, teleferic and mountains and the sea.
During Christmas, we had two complementary dinners and drinks, which was a nice touch from the hotel. The location was great as it was right by the beach with amazing views. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the sun.
The buffet lacked variety and became repetitive after a few days.
Additionally, the pool area was not supervised and some guests were performing dangerous acts.
My 3 kids and I loved being there. When I checked in, deluxe queen room with all facilities was ready. The staff were ready to help, and accommodated my late arrival.
